After more than 40 years in the industry, Decléor has
opened its first beauty salon
Located in London’s Notting Hill, on the upmarket Westbourne
Grove, the 1,200sq ft spa has three treatment rooms.
The Decléor spa will be the brand’s flagship site, and is
destined to become the place where professional treatments are
trialled and tweaked before being rolled out to salons and
spas.
Its opening forms part of the company’s reawakening, which
began last year with the relaunch of the brand, focusing on its
heritage of aromatherapy and essential oils.
Sarah Power, Decléor’s general manager, says: ‘We’ve been
growing at a really strong pace, so we thought this would be
the best immersive experience we could give our customers.
Having a flagship is a perfect iteration of what good looks
likes for our brand.
‘The flagship will be where we focus on widening our menu and
creating treatments and products that are financially viable
for us and our customers.’
The boutique is split across two floors, with the upstairs
housing a large retail space. There will also be express
treatment chairs where busy customers can experience a
pick-me-up in the form of three new 15-minute Face Shot
treatments ““ the Brow and Eye Lift, Cheek and Jaw Contour, and
Jaw and Neck Sculpt.
The boutique also offers a Recharge Hub on the first floor,
where customers can have 30-minute Mini Skin Miracle
treatments. Lastly there are two ground-floor treatment rooms
akin to the more traditional, serene spa environment.
‘If the boutique is successful, then we will look to roll out
more, but that’s all to be confirmed,’ says Power.
