Sustainability Awards open for entries

The Green Spa Network’s (GSN) sixth annual Sustainability Awards are now accepting entries.

The honors, first propelled in 2012, perceive economical and eco-accommodating development and initiative by the spa business. The grants program commends endeavors that decidedly bolster the working of a feasible future.

‘Proactively watching over the wellbeing of our kin and planet is what the spa business has dependably been about,’ said Karen Short, leader of GSN. ‘By perceiving the accomplishments in spa and supportability, GSN hoists the attention to examples of overcoming adversity to rouse different organizations to make positive change.’

People in general is urged to submit suggestions of spa brands that are rehearsing maintainable obligation. An free judging board, made up of specialists in the supportability, spa and health businesses, will then honor brands that are the main lights in social and natural obligation.

The judging board is comprised of Debra Duneier, author of EcoChi, Ulli Peck, proprietor of The Wellness Agency, Julie Keller Callaghan, distributer of American Spa Magazine, Rona Berg, editorial manager in-head of Organic Spa Magazine and Glenn Hasek, supervisor of Green Lodging.

They will choose seven champs from four unique classifications the Sustainable Building Award, the Best Innovative Maintainability Initiative, the Leadership in Sustainability Honor and the Sustainable Spa Brand Award.

Champs will be declared in December 2017 and show up at the tenth Anniversary GSN Congress from 11-14 March 2018 at Carmel Valley Ranch in California, USA.
