The Netherwood Hotel and Spa in the Lake District will reveal
its brand new spa concept at the end of the month.
Following an extensive refurbishment, the 120sq m spa will
offer a thermal suite, salt inhalation room, ice fountain and
aroma steamroom plus plunge pool and hot tubs. There will be
three treatment rooms, one of which is for couples.
Louise Sergaki, spa manager at The Netherwood Spa, says: “We
have been working to develop spa journeys that incorporate
yoga, meditation and mindfulness with Purusha yoga instructor
Lex Gemini. This will allow us to deliver a more personal,
holistic wellness experience and bring in elements of Balinese
and Ayurvedic rituals.”
The spa will also offer new in-house treatment packages and
rituals including the Woodland Ritual and Twilight Evenings,
inspired by the sea and surrounding woodland. The packages will
feature Spanish skincare brand Germaine De Cappucinni.
